Refund & Return

In order to keep our prices as low as possible our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused and resalable merchandise in its original purchase condition and package.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee policy:

Returns must be received within 30 days of the item’s ship date. Once we have received and processed your return, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Returns that are wrong orders due to customer error, customers change of mind or for reasons not due to our error; customer will be refunded for the merchandise excluding shipping and handling cost. This rule applies for unopened, unused items only that are within 30 days of purchase. If merchandise returned that was eligible for free shipping will reduce order amount below the free shipping requirement, original shipping charge will be deducted from your total return credit before the restocking fee charges. If the return is a result of our error we will replace the item and pay for shipping costs both ways if the purchase was made within 30 days. Credit and Exchange of wrong product will be processed only after receipt and inspection of that item. Please allow up to 14 days to refund your account after receipt of your return. All replacements will be shipped using USPS Parcel.
